Welcome!

At New Paige Nutrition, we explore the connection between plants, nutrition science, and everyday eating.

My mission is to make nutrition feel more approachable by translating research into practical knowledge that helps people feel confident in their food choices. Whether we're talking about seasonal produce, gardening, nutrition science, or healthy habits, everything comes back to one idea: understanding how food supports our health.

I believe nutrition doesn't have to be complicated. Through education, resources, and real-life experiences, my goal is to help you learn, grow, and build a healthier relationship with food. One new page at a time.

My Story:

I've always been curious about how our environment shapes the way we live. Growing up, my family moved frequently, and by the time I was 20 years old, I had lived in six different states across the country. Those experiences introduced me to different cultures, communities, and ways of thinking about food and health.

During high school, I decided I wanted to become a Registered Dietitian and have been working toward that goal ever since. What started as an interest in health and fitness quickly grew into a fascination with nutrition science and the powerful role food plays in our everyday lives.

In 2020, I earned my certification as a Personal Trainer and began helping others build confidence through movement and healthy habits. As I continued my education, I discovered that my passion extended far beyond fitness. I wanted to understand the science behind nutrition. How food affects the body, why certain recommendations exist, and how people can use that information to improve their health.

I earned my B.S. in Nutrition & Exercise Physiology and am currently completing my Master's in Dietetics at the University of Missouri while working toward becoming a Registered Dietitian.

Along the way, my own experience living with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis deepened my appreciation for the impact nutrition can have on daily life. Navigating chronic illness taught me that health isn't always simple and that evidence-based education can be a powerful tool to help people make informed decisions about their well-being.

These experiences ultimately shaped New Paige Nutrition. A place where science, curiosity, and real life come together.

The name "New Paige Nutrition" is inspired by the idea that every season of life is a new chapter. Whether you're learning something new about nutrition, building healthier habits, or simply becoming more curious about the foods you eat, there's always an opportunity to turn a new page.

All About Me

Outside of nutrition, I'm endlessly curious and always learning something new.

I love reading, writing, researching, and diving down rabbit holes about topics that catch my interest. If you ask my friends, they'll probably tell you I pick up a new hobby every few months… and they're not wrong!

I'm also a proud plant enthusiast and love growing food whenever I can. Whether it's herbs on the patio, tomatoes in the summer, or experimenting with new plants, gardening has become one of my favorite ways to connect nutrition with everyday life.

When I'm not studying or creating content, you'll usually find me trying a new recipe, reading a good book, spending time with family and friends, or enjoying movement through strength training, walking, or swimming.

At the heart of it all, I simply love learning and sharing what I learn with others. That's what New Paige Nutrition is all about.
